Swami Vivekanand Subharti University commonly known as SVSU is a prestigious set up under Swami Vivekanand Subharti Vishwa Vidyalaya, Uttar Pradesh Adhiniyam, 2008. The University had been established under the aegis of the Subharti K.K.B. Charitable Trust in Meerut which has received a commendable record of service in various fields of education, health care and several areas of social Welfare.

Subharti University – Overview

The main campus of SVSU is in the National Capital Region, called the ‘Subhartipuram’ spread over 250 acres of land. The University has many constituent colleges which provide higher education in all the disciplines of education thus creating an academically and technically superior environment. This University comprises of highly qualified and dedicated world-class faculty and superior quality infrastructure, series of fully equipped laboratories with all the latest equipment and one huge library with ample knowledge resources for the enrichment of the minds of students.

  4. Send it to the University address with a demand draft of Rs.1500/- (fee) in favor of “Swami Vivekanand Subharti University” payable at Meerut: Address: Central Admission Cell

Dr. Sushil Kumar Upadhyay, the Asst. Professor of Department of Zoology had been honored by various academic ventures like Fellow award of ZSI, SSc, SESc, ISCA, ISEC, SLSc and he also received the prestigious Bharat Jyoti Award by IIFS, New Delhi

Dr. N K Ahuja, the Pro-Vice Chancellor was awarded the “Meerut Ratan” by AICI ie All India Conference of Intellectuals, the “Rajiv Gandhi Shiromani'” award by NIEC ie National Integration & Economic Council, New Delhi, and a Lifetime Achievement Award by the International Forum of Defence Services (Dental)

Subharti University has been also awarded a membership of the Association of Indian Universities (in 2013).

Scholarships:

In SVSU, the Department of Social Justice provides scholarships to the students whose parents annual income is below 2.0 lakhs OR are from Backward Classes like Sc/ST/OBC. (of UP) All the Uttar Pradesh (UP) State students can apply for scholarships.

The students must log in to the official scholarship website and fill up the scholarship application form for registration and submit it. After successful submission, the applications will be reviewed by the college authorities and if the scholarship form is accepted then the scholarship money will be submitted to the candidate’s bank account by e-payment and he/she will get all the relevant details on their registered mobile number/email ID.
