CGTET 2022 Exam Centers: List, Selection Process, Salary and Benefits, Cutoff

CGTET 2022 Exam Centers will provide four preferences/location alternatives for their examination centre, during the application process to the candidates. On the CG TET admit card, the chosen examination centre where the exam will be held will be noted (Chhattisgarh Teacher Eligibility Test). The exam will take place in two distinct shifts. The first shift is in the morning (9:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.) and the second is in the afternoon (1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.) (2 pm to 4:45 pm). The CG TET 2022 will be held in a number of locations across the state's 28 districts.

Selection Process for CG TET 2022

  • The CG TET exam is held to assess the fitness of individuals who wish to work as primary school teachers in both government and private schools in Chhattisgarh.
  • Candidates who pass the CG TET 2022 will not be assured a job. The various school authorities make the final decision on the candidates.
  • The minimum marks required to pass the CG TET 2022 exam for candidates in various categories are listed below:

Salary and Benefits for CG TET

  • After passing the CG TET, the average net income for upper and lower primary teachers from Class I to VIII after the 7th pay commission ranges from INR 9,300 to INR 34,000. A CG TET qualified teacher's remuneration is determined by the sort of school in which he or she is hired and the classes that are available to them.
  • Candidates' salaries rise in tandem with their experience and performance. Candidates can expect to earn up to INR 48,000 on average. The allowance is determined by the promotion opportunities.

Cutoffs for the CG TET 2022

According to CG Vyapam, the CPEB is likely to disclose the CG TET 2022 cut-off list in the last week of April 2022. The cut-off will be announced on the CPEB's official website. For each category, the minimal cut-off will be different. The following table shows the projected cut-off list for CG TET 2022:
