CULEE 2022 Eligibility Criteria is set by Christ University. Candidates need to fulfil the eligibility criteria for the particular course in which she/he wants to apply. The university conducts the exam to enrol the candidate in the BBA LLB, BA LLB, Intellectual Property and Trade Law, Corporate and Commercial law and LLM in Constitutional and Administrative Law. course. CULEE 2022 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates have to fulfil the CLUEE 2022 eligibility criteria for the exam before filling the application form. The The application will be rejected if the candidate does not match the minimum requirements. 

Eligibility Criteria for Under Graduation Courses

For BBA LLB -
  • Age Limit: The candidates should also be below the age of 20 years.
  • Candidate should have the basic eligibility for the programme is a pass at the +2 level (Karnataka PUC / ISC / CBSE / NIOS / State Boards) in any stream with minimum of 45% (Humanities, Social Sciences, Commerce & Management, Sciences) from any recognised Board in India.
  • Candidates writing the +2 examinations in March-May 2020 may apply with their class X and XI marks.
Candidates pursuing an International curriculum must note that eligibility is according to AIU stipulations:
  • Applicants pursuing IB curriculum must have 3 HL and 3 SL with 24 credits.
  • Applicants pursuing GCE / Edexcel must have a minimum of 3 A levels grade not less than C.
For BA LLB -
  • Age Limit: The candidates should also be below the age of 20 years.
  • Eligibility for the programme is a pass at the senior secondary level (Karnataka PUC / ISC / CBSE / NIOS / State Boards) in any stream with a minimum of 45% (Humanities, Social Sciences, Commerce & Management, Sciences) from any recognised Board in India.
  • Applicants writing the +2 examinations in March-May 2021 may apply with their class X and XI marks.
Aspirants pursuing an International curriculum must note that eligibility is according to AIU stipulations:
  • Candidates pursuing IB curriculum must have 3 HL and 3 SL with 24 credits.
  • Candidates pursuing GCE / Edexcel must have a minimum of 3 A levels grade not less than C.

Eligibility Criteria for Post Graduation Courses

For the Master of Law (LLM) in Corporate and Commercial Law -
  • A candidate who has passed LLB (3 or 5 year courses) with a minimum of 50 % aggregate marks from any recognised University in India or abroad recognised by UGC / AIU is eligible to apply.
  • Candidates appearing for their final degree examinations in March-May 2020 are also eligible to apply.
  • Aspirants who are in the final year of their studies should have secured 50% or above aggregate in all the Semesters / Years of Undergraduate Examinations conducted so far.
For Master of Law (LLM) in Constitutional and Administrative Law -
  • A candidate who has passed LLB (3 or 5 year courses) with a minimum of 50 % aggregate marks from any recognised University in India or abroad recognised by UGC / AIU is eligible to apply.
  • Candidates appearing for their final degree examinations in March-May 2021 are also eligible to apply.
  • Aspirants who are in the final year of their studies should have secured 50% or above aggregate in all the Semesters / Years of Undergraduate Examinations conducted so far.
For Master of Law (LLM) in Intellectual Property and Trade Law-
  • An applicant who has passed LLB (3 or 5 year courses) with a minimum of 50 % aggregate marks from any recognised University in India or abroad recognised by UGC / AIU is eligible to apply.
  • Aspirants appearing for their final degree examinations in March-May 2021 are also eligible to apply.
  • Candidates who are in the final year of their studies should have secured 50% or above aggregate in all the Semesters / Years of Undergraduate Examinations conducted so far.
For M.Phil (Master of Philosophy in Law) -
  • Candidate must have the basic eligibility for the programme is a pass at the Postgraduate level examination with an aggregate of 55% marks or equivalent grade in Law or relative disciplines from any recognised University in India or abroad recognised by UGC / AIU are eligible to apply.
  • Candidates who are in the final year of their studies should have secured 55% or above aggregate in all the Semesters / Years of Undergraduate Examinations conducted so far.
  • Applicants writing their final degree examinations in March-May 2021 are also eligible to apply.
