Major Changes This Year
No changes to NEET UG 2027 have been officially announced yet; any pattern, eligibility, or syllabus changes will be confirmed only when NTA releases the official 2027 notification.
No major change has been officially announced yet for NEET UG 2027. NTA has not released any notification regarding changes to the exam pattern, syllabus, eligibility criteria, number of attempts, marking scheme, or mode of examination for 2027. Tentatively, based on the 2026 pattern, NEET UG 2027 is expected to remain a pen-and-paper (OMR-based) test of 180 questions carrying 720 marks, covering Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (Botany + Zoology). Any official changes will be confirmed only upon release of the 2027 information bulletin on neet.nta.nic.in.
In case two or more candidates score the same merit rank, CEE, Kerala will follow the inter-se merit method to break the ties. All the tie-breaking methods are mentioned in the table below.

Cutoff 2023
The NEET Cutoff 2023 Kerala will include the ranks and marks scored by candidates belonging to the various categories to secure seats in the All India and State quota. The cutoff marks will be released based on the marks scored by the candidates in NEET 2023. The cutoff marks and rank will be released in online mode.
