Ambedkar University Delhi Admission 2023 Status

Ambedkar University Delhi (AUD) will be conducting admissions for the academic year 2023-24 through the Common University Entrance Test (CUET). The last date for submitting the CUET application form for AUD is 31 July 2023.

The admission process for AUD 2023-24 is as follows:

1. Candidates must register for CUET and appear for the exam.
2. The CUET scores will be used for admission to AUD.
3. The university will release a merit list based on the CUET scores.
4. Candidates will be called for admission counseling based on their rank in the merit list.

The following are the eligibility criteria for admission to AUD 2023-24:

• Candidates must have passed the 12th standard examination with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
• Candidates must have passed the CUET exam.
• Candidates must belong to one of the reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC/PwD) if they wish to avail of the reservation benefits.

The candidates seeking to apply for DR BR Ambedkar University PhD admission 2023 can check hereunder its eligibility criteria:

• Master’s degree or a professional degree declared equivalent with at least 55% marks in aggregate or its equivalent grade in the ten-point scale or an equivalent degree from or its equivalent grade ‘B’ in the UGC 7-point scale or an equivalent grade in a point scale or an equivalent degree
• A relaxation of 5% of marks or an equivalent relaxation of grade, is allowed for applicants belonging to SC/ST/OBC (non-creamy layer)/ Persons with Disability categories.

The admission to the PhD program is based on Entrance Test, proposal and a Personal
Interview.

• The Entrance Test shall be of 70% weightage and performance in the interview and
  proposal together shall carry a weight of 30%
• Applicants are required to submit an original Research Proposal should be between 1000-1500 words only) at the time of online application.
• In view of the Covid-19 pandemic, the admission process, entrance test and interview
  will follow the format (online or offline) as decided by the University.
• An interview will be organized for the qualified candidates only. The applicants are required
  to discuss their research interest/ area through a presentation of their research proposal

2. Click on “New User Signup”
3. Enter valid Email ID and 10-digit mobile number.
4. Enter the Captcha
5. Click on Register.

Steps for Filling the Application Form

1. Again click on the tab “Online Application Form”. 
2. Under the “Registered User Login” Enter registered Email ID as username
3. Click on “Apply Now” from the Upper Left panel. Select the Ph.D. programme
4. There are six steps in the application form
   1. 1. Enter Personal Details,
      2. Enter Academic Details,
      3. Enter Entrance Details
      4. Upload photo, signature and documents,
      5. Preview your Application,
      6. Select payment gateway and make the Payment.
         Fill all the required information on each page and click “Save and Next”.
5. All fields marked by (*) are mandatory. Filling all mandatory fields is required to make your application complete. Incomplete applications will be REJECTED.
6. The application process will be regarded as complete only when the payment has been received by the University. The fee for the Ph.D. application is below:
