Assam NEET Counselling 2022 Eligibility Criteria
The details regarding the eligibility criteria of Assam NEET Counselling 2022 are given below.
- Exam: Candidate must have qualified the NEET 2022 exam.
- Domicile: He/she should have the domicile certificate of Assam.
- Subjects: Must have completed their class 12 with Physics, Chemistry and Biology/ Biotechnology, and English as compulsory subjects.
- Marks: Must have minimum 50% marks for general candidates, 40% marks are required for SC/ST category candidates, and 45% marks are for Physically Handicap candidates.
- Age: Candidate’s age must be a minimum of 17 years as on 31-12-2022.

Assam NEET Counselling 2022 – Procedure

- Registration:
- Candidates who wish to appear for the counselling will have to register themselves by filling the application.
- Also, candidates will have to pay the registration fee i.e 500 which is non-refundable.
- Merit List:
- DME will then create the merit list of all the candidates on the basis of their NEET Exam 2022 score. All the seats will be filled on the basis of the merit list only.
- Counselling Scheduling:
- After the release of the Assam NEET 2022 Merit list, the authority will release the schedule of the counselling process. All the eligible and selected candidates will have to participate in the counselling process.
- Reporting:
- After the counselling process, selected candidates have to report to the allotted institute on the given date and time.
