AEEE 2023: Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham ranked 5th by NIRF is going to start its registration for AEEE (Amrita Entrance Examination – Engineering) 2023 on November 19, 2023. Admission to B. Tech programs offered at Amrita School of Engineering – Amritapuri, Bengaluru, Chennai, Coimbatore, Amaravati is based on the rank secured in Amrita Entrance Examination – Engineering 2023 or JEE Mains 2023 or SAT (Scholastic Assessment Test) or Pearson UG Engineering Entrance Examination Score (PUEEE).

Amrita Entrance Examination – Engineering 2023 will be conducted in the Computer Based Test mode across 140 cities in the country. The duration of AEEE 2023 will be 2.5 hours with 100 questions from Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and English.

The registration and application process has started on November 19 at the official website – announced by the officials of AEEE 2023.  Candidates are advised to fill out the application form on or before the due date. Steps to fill AEEE application form 2023

  • STEP 1: Candidates are advised to refer to the below-mentioned steps to fill the application form for AEEE 2023: 
  • STEP 2: Visit the online registration portal and enter basic details such as a valid email ID, contact number, and more. After successful registration, a confirmation mail will be sent to the registered email ID. 
  • STEP 3: The next step is to fill out the application form with personal details and academic qualifications. Moreover, candidates will be required to upload essential documents in the specified format. 
  • STEP 4: Candidates need to enter academic details along with the mode of admission. Also, three preferred exam cities have to be selected during the application form process.
  • STEP 5: Pay the online fee using net banking/credit card/debit card.

AEEE 2023 Eligibility Criteria

The officials have released the eligibility criteria for AEEE 2023 on the official website along with the brochure. To get admission, candidates will have to meet the AEEE eligibility criteria 2023, which are mentioned below:

  • Cleared their 10+2 (class XII) or its equivalent while securing an aggregate of 60% marks in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry with not less than 55% marks in each of these three subjects.
  •  Candidate appearing in the final exam 2023 will also be eligible to apply for the exam

AEEE 2023 Preparation Tips

  • STEP 1: Students should prepare a proper time table/schedule for themselves as per their convenience to stay on track with their studies. 
  • STEP 2:  Make a timetable in such a way that you can give proper attention to all the subjects.
  • STEP 3: Check the syllabus and exam pattern to get a clear idea about the exam. Along with the exam pattern, the candidates must check the syllabus to identify which topics have to be focused on.
  • STEP 4: Go through the previous year’s question papers as they will give you an idea about the type of questions asked.
  • STEP 5: Students should take a break in between to maintain concentration.

The B.Tech branches offered across 5 campuses include Computer Science and Engineering (CSE), Computer Science and Engineering (Artificial Intelligence- CAI), Automation and Robotics Engineering (ARE), Mechanical Engineering (MEE), Electrical and Computer Engineering (ELC), Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE), Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) & Electronics and Computer Engineering (EAC) to name a few.

The eligibility for appearing in the AEEE test is 12th class or equivalent from a recognized board with not less than 55% in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics separately, and an aggregate minimum of 60% in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.
