AP GPCET 2023 Application Form
The candidates or parents must have the complete knowledge to fill the application form. The process of an application takes place in an online mode. Hence it is advised to prepare and keep the documents required to fill the AP PGCET application form.
Step 1: Online Registration
- Visit the official website of AP GPCET .i.e apgpcet.apcfss.in
- A home page will appear on the screen
- Locate and click on the “Online Application”
- Enter the details such as Candidate‟s Name/ Mother‟s Name/ Father‟s Name, Official Date of Birth in dd/mm/yyyy, identification details such as School ID card or PAN Card or Aadhaar
- Once the registration is done, login id will be generated.
- Access the account by using the login id and complete the process.
Step 2: Fill the Application Form
- Enter the required details in the correct manner. Make sure that all the details regarding the educational, personal, communication details are incorrect format. Before proceeding further, go through all the details entered. Make corrections if required.
Step 3: Upload The Scanned Images
Upload the scanned copy of the candidate’s photograph and other required documents in the prescribed format and size.
Note: There is no payment of the application fee. The candidates do not have to pay any kind of money for the registration fee.
Step 4: Download And Submit The Application Form
After the completion of the application form in an online mode, candidates have to submit the form. And submission must be done before the due date. There will be no entertainment further.
Make sure that all the details mentioned in the application form are in the correct format. Leave no chance for rejection of the form.
AP GPCET 2023 Eligibility Criteria
Candidates have to fulfill certain eligibility requirements in order to fill the form. Not all applicants can participate in the AP GPCET procedure. Check the requirement to fill the AP GPCET online application form.
Educational qualification:
- Must have cleared IV class from any government school or a school recognized by the Government of Andhra Pradesh
Age criteria:
- Applicants should be born between 1st September 2007 to 31st August 2009 if they belong to a general category or OBC category.
- However, the reserve category applicants must have been born between 1st September 2005 to 31st August 2009.
The annual income of the applicant:
- The annual income of the applicant’s parents should not exceed Rs 100000/- per annum.

The official body will release the admit card in an online mode at the official website. Candidates have to download the AP GPCET hall ticket in order to appear in the exam. The candidates appearing for the exam must be aware of the latest test pattern of the exam. The test pattern helps the candidates to know about the no. of questions asked in the exam, exam duration, format of the paper etc. Check the latest exam pattern here:

AP GPCET 2023 Selection Procedure
There are certain processes through which the candidates have the confirmed seat. The procedure are
- Performance in the AP GPCET (Common Entrance Test)-2023 and the merit obtained in it.
- Separate list for boys and girls as per district.
- Allotment of the seats as per the merit and school opted by the candidates. (One can opt for more than one school as per choice)
- If the information is false or not eligible then the Convener/Co-coordinator has the authority to reject the admission
TIE BREAKER
During the tie-breaking situation, the below given statements will be applied to break the tie and select the candidates:
- 1st preference is given to the student of higher age.
- If the matter is not solved then students with higher marks in Maths will get preference.
- Lastly, if the tie continues then marks obtained in Environmental Science will be taken into account.
