How to Apply for Delhi University 2023 ?
Candidates can check the steps to fill the DU 2023 Application form here:
- Visit the official website of DU.
- Select the course link and click on “New Registration”.
- Register yourself and verify the contact details by entering the OTP received on the registered mobile number.
- Now login using the login details and start filling the application form.
- Upload the uploading documents as per the prescribed format.
- Now, Pay the application fee via available modes and take a printout for the proof.
- At last, submit the application form by clicking on the submit button.
- Application form is submitted and now candidate has successfully applied for the DU Admission process 2023.
Delhi University 2023 Eligibility Criteria

For B.Tech (IT & Mathematical Innovation):
- Qualification: Candidates must have qualified or appeared in the class 12th or its equivalent level examination from a recognized board.
- Marks: Candidates must have at least 60% marks in their qualifying examination.
- Subjects: Candidates must have Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and English as their mandatory subjects in their qualifying examination.
For M.Com Course:
- Qualification: Candidates must have a B.A, BBA, B.Com, or its equivalent examination degree from a recognized institute.
- Marks: Candidates must have minimum 50% marks (45% for OBC, 40% for SC/ ST) in their qualifying examination.
For LLM Course:
- Qualification: Candidates must have an LLB degree of either 3 or 5 years from any recognized institute.
- Marks: They must have secured at least 50% marks (45% for OBC and 40% for SC/ ST) in their qualifying examination to be eligible.
For M.Tech Course:
- Qualification: Candidates will require B.Tech/ B.E. or its equivalent degree from a recognized institute.
- Marks: Candidates must have minimum 60% marks (54% for OBC and 40% for SC/ ST) in their qualifying degree.

For UG (CUET Pattern):
- Mode of Exam: Online (CBT) mode only.
- Type of questions: The questions paper will be Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs).
- Medium: The exam will be in 13 languages.
- Duration:
- For Slot I will be of 3 hours and 15 minutes.
- For slot II it will be of 3 hours and 45 minutes to solve the paper.
- Number of Questions: Total 100 questions.
- Marking Scheme:
- For every correct answer: 5 marks will be awarded
- For each incorrect answer: 1 mark will be deducted
For PG (DUET Pattern):
- Mode of exam: Online mode.
- Duration: 02 hours duration.
- Type of question: Multiple Choice questions.
- Medium: The exam paper will be in English language.
- Marking scheme:
- For every correct answer: 4 marks will be awarded
- For each incorrect answer: 1 mark will be deducted
