GITAM CDL Admission 2022: Distant Learning Registration

GITAM CDL Admission 2022 will commence from January 2022(tentative). Gandhi Institute of Technology and Management (GITAM) provides distant learning education courses to eligible candidates. CDL was established on 9 September 2009, recognized by the Distance Education Council (DEC) on the recommendation of the Joint Committee of UGC-AICTE-DEC. Candidates may check the eligibility criteria before filling the application form. The university provides distance learning at both the Undergraduate and Postgraduate level. • Candidates can fill the application form from the official website.
• Candidates may fill the details as per the guidelines.
• The uploading documents should be in the prescribed format only.
• Candidates may keep a copy of filled application form for further use.

GITAM CDL Admission 2022 Process to Apply

Apply for regular courses through GITAM GAT Examination. Candidates can apply online for the application form on the official website. Als,o candidates must keep in mind that while submitting the filled-in application should enclose a DD for Rs.200/-.

The candidate has to send the duly filled-in application form with the Demand Draft to the Director, Centre for Distance Learning, Gitam University 3rd floor, Balaji Metro Plaza, Dondaparthi Main Road, Visakhapatnam-530016

GITAM CDL Admission 2022 Application Fees

• Photocopy of the certificate of the qualifying examination passed.
• Three copies of recent photograph (passport size) of the candidate (One to be affixed to the application
• and the remaining to be enclosed).
• Demand draft for total fees in favour of CDL-GITAM University, payable at Visakhapatnam.
• Photocopy of the date of Birth extract.

GITAM CDL Admission 2022 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates can check the eligibility criteria for various courses below:

• MBA 2 Years (4 Semesters): 
  • Candidate must hold a Bachelors degree of GITAM University or any University except BFA & BOL recognised by GITAM University, the candidate with professional qualification such as BE/B. Tech /B. Pharm /Medicine /Law/CA/ICWA/ACS/AMIE/AIETE, etc., is also eligible.
  • The candidate should have appeared for GAT exam conducted by GITAM University and obtained a rank
• MCA (3 years):
  • Candidate must hold a Bachelors degree of GITAM University or any university except BFA & BOL recognised by GITAM University as equivalent thereto. A candidate with professional qualification such as BE/B.Tech./B.Pharm/B.Sc/BA/B.Com/BA/Medicine/Law/CA/ICWA/ACS/AMIE/AIETE, etc., is also eligible provided he/she had studied Mathematics as one of the subjects at Intermediate or 10+2 level. Moreover, the candidate should have appeared for the GAT examination conducted by GITAM University and qualified for the exam with the minimum marks needed.
• MA (English) 2 years: 
  • Candidate must hold a bachelors degree of any university recognised by GITAM University as equivalent thereto. A candidate with professional qualification such as CA/ICWA/ ACS/AMIE/AIETE is also eligible. Moreover, the candidate should have appeared for the GAT examination conducted by GITAM University and qualified for the exam with the minimum marks needed.
• MA (Economics) 2 Years:
  • Candidate must hold a degree other than BFA and BAOL of any university recognized by GITAM University as equivalent thereto. The candidate should have appeared for GAT exam conducted by GITAM University. Admissions to the course will be based on the rank obtained in GAT subject to the fulfilment of the eligibility criteria
• M.Com. (2 Years):
  •  Candidate should have passed any degree of any university recognized by GITAM University as equivalent thereto or a professional qualification such as CA/ICWA/ACS, etc. Moreover, the candidate should have appeared for the GAT examination conducted by GITAM University and qualified the exam with the minimum marks needed.
• M.Sc. (Biotechnology) (2 Years): 
  • Candidate should have qualified  B.Sc. or equivalent exam with any two of the following courses: Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Bioinformatics, Chemistry, Medical Lab Technology, Genetics, Zoology, Botany, Agriculture, Veterinary Science and Environmental Science
• BA (3 Years): 
  • Candidate must have qualified two-year Intermediate exam conducted by the Board of Intermediate Education of Andhra Pradesh or any exam (10+2) equivalent thereto recognized by GITAM University.
  • The candidate should have appeared for GAT exam conducted by GITAM University and obtained the minimum marks required to take admission.
• B.Com. (3 Years): 
  • Candidate must have qualified the two-year Intermediate exam conducted by the Board of Intermediate Education of Andhra Pradesh or any examination (10+2) equivalent thereto recognized by GITAM University. The candidate without any formal educational qualification is also eligible provided he/she completes 18 years of age as on 1st July of the year in which he/she seeks admission and is qualified in GAT
• PGDCS (1 Year):
  •  Candidate must hold any degree or equivalent exam recognized by GITAM University
• DESM (1 Year): 
  • Candidate must hold any degree or equivalent examination recognized by GITAM University
• DCE (1 Year): 
  • Candidate must have qualified two-year Intermediate exam conducted by the Board of Intermediate Education of Andhra Pradesh or any examination (10+2) equivalent thereto recognised by GITAM University or a pass in the BA/B.Com entrance exam (GAT) conducted by CDL, GITAM University.
• DCA (1 Year): 
  • The candidate should have qualified the two-year Intermediate exam conducted by the Board of Intermediate Education of Andhra Pradesh or any exam (10+2) equivalent thereto recognized by GITAM University.
