Nationwide Education & Scholarship Test (NEST) 2023 registration will start soon. NEST is a national-level scholarship test to award and inspire meritorious students. The scholarship is sponsored officially by the Student Unity Foundation of India and organized by the Shrimanji Events Management Center India (SEMCI). NEST comprises three categories of exams, i.e. NEST Basic, NEST Junior(I & II), and NEST Senior(I & II). NEST Scholarship is open to students of only science, engineering, and medical courses starting from Class 7th to Post-Graduate level. The application form for the NEST scholarship test will be available online. The NEST Scholarship Test comprises of Objective type questions. The winners may get awards from Rs. 20,000- 50,000. Nationwide Education & Scholarship Test (NEST) 2023 Application Form

The candidates who are eligible for the NEST Scholarship can apply for the same. Students can apply for NEST 2023 Scholarship through both online as well as offline processes. In order to fill the NEST 2023 Scholarship Application Form candidates must keep ready all the documents and passport size photograph. Candidates must check the eligibility criteria before filling the application form. The complete process to apply for the NEST Scholarship test has been explained in the section below.

For Online Application Form

The steps to fill the online application form of Nationwide Education and Scholarship Test are as follows:

  • Initially, the candidates must visit the official website of the conducting authority.
  • Then click on the link to “Register Now”.
  • In the registration form, the candidates must enter all the details like name, contact number, Aadhar details, email id, etc.
  • After doing the registration, the applicants must click on the “Apply Now” button. The application form portal will open on the screen.
  • In the application form, the candidates must fill in all the mandatory details like personal information, academic details, education qualification, etc.
  • In the next step, upload the scanned copy of the photograph in the dimension as required in the brochure.
  • Now click on the pay application fee. The fee payment could be made online through various payment methods.
  • Once the application fee is submitted, candidates can download the application form.
  • There is no need to send the printed copy of the application form to the office of the conducting authority.

For Offline Application Form

  • To fill the offline application form, candidates must visit the website of the conducting authority.
  • Then download the application form available in PDF format.
  • After that take a hard copy printout of the application form to fill in all the details.
  • Applicants must fill up all details in the application form correctly.
  • Then, candidates must paste a recent passport size photo of the candidate in the space provided.
  • Application fee should be remitted in the form of DD, to be drawn in favor of SEMCI India, should be payable at Mumbai, India.
  • Applicants must attach the DD along with the duly-filled application form and post it to the following address: (SEMCI India, B-1, Piccadilly Flats, 57-J, Clare Road, Byculla, Mumbai – 400 008).
  • The application form should reach the office before the final date of submission. If there is any late fee, the candidates must submit the form along with the requisite late fees.

  • Candidates who are pursuing a final year in Diploma in engineering can also apply. The candidate should have pursued the science stream in class 12th.
Senior II
  • Candidates who are currently studying in the 3rd and 4th-year degree courses in engineering/ MBBS/ BAMS/ BHMS/ BUMS/ BDS/ BCA/B.Sc (Computer science and IT fields) can apply.
NEST Master
  • Candidates studying in the 1st Year & Final Year of MSc, MTech & MD/MS courses can apply for the NEST Scholarship test.

Nationwide Education & Scholarship Test (NEST) 2023 Admit Card

Once the registration process for NEST is complete, the conducting authority will issue the admit card of the NEST Scholarship Test. The admit card of NEST Scholarship will be issued online in PDF format.

  • The hall ticket is a mandatory document required on the day of the exam.
  • The admit card contains details like the name of the exam, date and day, exam center address, important instructions for the candidates, etc.
  • Candidates must carry the admit card to get entry in the examination hall.
  • Also, the candidates must save a copy of the admit card for any future references.
