Nationality:

• The PIO, OCI cardholders and foreign nationals should submit No Objection Certificates from the Nursing Council of India.
• Only women candidates are eligible for admission into Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing.

Government Service Candidates:

• Should have completed 2 years of service as a staff nurse in the Medical and Health Department and Andhra Pradesh Vaidya Vidhana Parishad as per the applicable notification.
• The aspirant should submit a service certificate as a staff nurse issued by the respective employer.
• He or she must be a regular employee.
• Service certificate and regularisation orders as staff nurse should be enclosed with the application form.

MSc. Nursing Eligibility

CITIZENSHIP: Candidates should be Indian nationals and should satisfy local or non-local status.

AGE LIMIT: Both service and non-service candidates should not be older than 45 years of age as on 31 December. For candidates belonging to SC and ST, the maximum age limit shall be 48 years.

GENDER: Both women and men candidates are eligible to apply for the M.Sc. (Nursing) in Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences.

BASIC QUALIFICATION:

• The candidate should have passed B.Sc. Nursing, B.Sc. Hons (Nursing) or Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing from an institution recognised by the Indian Nursing Council.
