How to Fill UPUMS CPNET 2020 Application Form?

Candidates can follow the below-mentioned steps to fill the application form.

  • Log in to the official website of UPUMS.
  • Go to the student account.
  • Carefully fill the details in the application form.
  • Candidates will be required to upload his/her scanned passport size photograph(3.5×4.5cm) and signature in the prescribed size (30-50 KB) and format (jpg, png, gif).
  • Pay the Application fees via Debit/ Credit/ Net Banking etc.
  • Check all the details on the Application Form. No candidate will be allowed to change any information after submitting the Application Form.
  • After registering the mobile number with the official website, an OTP will be received in the registered number.
  • Click on Submit the Application Form.
  • Take a print out of the acknowledgement slip for further purposes.

CPNET 2020 Eligibility Criteria

Aspirants must fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria for CPNET 2020 in order to apply or the exam. Given below is the eligibility criteria for the exam.

Age Limit:

  • GNM (General Nurse and Midwifery)/ ANM( Auxiliary Nurse and Midwifery): Maximum age should not go beyond 35 years (as on 31/12/2020)
  • Other courses minimum age limit is 17 years.
  • Only female candidates can apply to the ANM course.

Basic qualification:

  • The applying student must have passed the 10+2 or equivalent from a recognized board. Aspirants who will be passing their qualifying exam in 2020 can also apply but they are required to submit their mark sheet during the counselling process.
  • If they are unable to produce the required document, the candidate will be removed from the counselling process.

State of Domicile:

  • Candidate who has completed his schooling from the Uttar Pradesh would not have to submit a domicile certificate otherwise certification of domicile is necessary.

CPNET Exam Centres

The details regarding the CNPET Exam centers are given below:

  • Exam centres will be in Saifi, Etawah only.
  • A payment of Rs. 350 should be paid by the candidate through the official website of CPNET if he/she loses the admit card.
  • After then the process for obtaining a new admit card can begin.
  • No change of examination centre will be permitted to the applicant.

Can I apply for the CPNET application form in offline mode?

As per last year, information candidates will be able to apply for CPNET application form in online mode only. There was no provision for an offline application form.

Is their any age limit to apply for the admissions in these courses?

Yes, the minimum age to apply for these courses will be 17 years and the maximum will be set according to the course selected by the candidate.
