- A medically fit citizen of India is primarily eligible for the examination along with some other qualities.
- The candidate, both a native & an outsider of Uttarakhand, having passed both high school & +2 from any recognized board are eligible for the examination.
- The minimum age limit is 17, the maximum is 35 years.
