Interested candidates seeking admission through distance learning must fill the application form and submit it along with the application fees to the valid address. The application form is available both online as well as offline mode. Candidates must be very careful while filling the application form. Also, the application form must be filled with a blue or black ballpoint pen. The incomplete application form will not be accepted. Candidates must submit the form before the last date of submission of the application form.
