DAIICT 2021 Registration Process

  1. Applicant must apply through online application for DAIICT Admission 2021 through the official website of the university. A link for that will be provided here as well.

  2. Read the notifications and information brochure completely and carefully before starting the form fill-up of DAIICT Registration Process 2021.

  3. Enter the details that are asked with correct and accurate information.

  4. Pay the application fee for DAIICT 2021.

  5. Submit the fee and filled up the DAIICT 2021 Application Form.

  6. Take the hard copy of the confirmation page and DAIICT application form 2020 for all future references.

DAIICT Fee Structure

The application fees for DAIICT can be paid in cash, DD or PayTm, The semester fees are Rs.67,000 and Semester hostel fees is Rs.12,000 and around Rs.3000 per month for food.

Documents Required for Registration

  • A valid/genuine email ID and phone no.
  • Candidates should be ready with his/her scanned b/w passport-sized photograph, signature

Uploading the Photographs:

Uploading is a major issue faced by students. Candidates must upload his photograph as per the specifications.

  • The photo should be latest and not older than three months.
  • The Image Format should be JPEG.
  • The size of the image should not exceed more than 50 kb size and should not be less than 4 kb size.

GITAM Application Fee

The next step is to make payment of the registration fees.

The registration fee for the GITAM Admission Test is Rs.800/- for all candidates irrespective of gender and caste.

PAYMENT MODE:

1) The Demand Draft along with the copy of the submitted Application Form must be sent. Through postal service or courier to the below address:

How to register for GITAM GAT 2021?

Step by Step Procedure of GITAM GAT 2021 Registration:

  1. Firstly, the application form for GITAM GAT 2021 will be available online on the official website. for other phases.
  2. Then, the candidates will have to enter their personal and academic information that will be mandatory in the application form.
  3. After filling the asked details, applicants will need to upload their recent photograph not older than 3 months. But, the allowed format of the photograph is .jpg format only. Also, the allowed size of the photograph will be 4 KB – 50 KB. Also, the dimensions of the photograph will be 4 cm X 4 cm.
  4. Finally, the applicants need to pay the application fee through online mode (Net Banking / Credit Card / Debit Card). The application fee can also be paid through Demand Draft to be drawn in favour of GITAM University payable at Vishakhapatnam. Also, the application form will be available offline by post from the Director – Admissions or from any of the specified branches in India of Union Bank of India, Indian Bank, and Karur Vysya Bank (payment of application form fee is mandatory).

In the case of payment of application through Demand Draft, the candidates need to send the hard copy of the filled application form along with the DD to the following address. But it must be kept in mind that application number must be written on the opposite side of the Demand Draft. Then, it should be sent via Registered Post / Speed Post / Courier. Also, the registration of the candidate will be considered successful only if the registration form along with the Demand Draft will be received by Director – Admissions.

GITAM GAT 2021 Application Form Filling Process

Candidates will have to follow three steps in order to fill the GITAM GAT Application Form 2021.

Step 1: Fill the Form

Firstly, candidates will have to fill in the details regarding

IIT Architecture Aptitude Test for B.Arch. Program

  • The Bachelor of Architecture course is available at IIT Kharagpur and IIT Roorkee only. Aspirants desirous of taking the B.Arch. (Architecture) need to qualify in the JEE Advanced Architecture Aptitude Test. Furthermore, the AAT is open for candidates who qualified for JEE Advanced Examination.
  • Aspirants for B.arch admission in IITs must register online at the JEE (Advanced) 2021 online portal for AAT.
  • The venue of the architecture aptitude test is at the seven zonal coordinating IITs only.
  • The architecture entrance test will consist of one paper for three hours of duration.
  • The question paper for architecture aptitude test will be available in the English language only.
  • No separate admit card/hall ticket will be issued by JEE Advanced. The original admit card of Joint Entrance Examination Advanced 2020 should be presented in the examination venue.
  • Furthermore, the applicants are required to bring their own drawing and colouring instruments.
  • Whereas cut-off marks will be decided by the Joint Implementation Committee.
  • Results will be announced on the JEE (Advanced) 2021 online portal.

JEE Advanced AAT 2021 Eligibility Criteria

Only those candidates who qualify in JEE (Advanced) 2021 examination are eligible to appear in AAT 2021. Click Here for JEE Advanced Eligibility Criteria.

  • Performance in JEE (Main) 2021: Candidates should be among the top categories in Paper-1 of JEE (Main) 2021. The percentages of various categories are: 4% for GEN-EWS, 27% for OBC-NCL, 15% for SC, 7.5% for ST and the remaining 46.5% is OPEN for all. Within each of these four categories, 5% horizontal reservation is available for Physically challenged candidates.
  • Age limit: Candidates should have been born on or after 01 October 1996. For Reserved categories, Five years of age relaxation is given.
  • Appearance in Class XII (or equivalent) examination: A candidate should have appeared for the Class XII (or equivalent) examination for the first time in either 2019 or 2020. 
  • Earlier admission at IITs: A candidate should NOT have been admitted in an IIT irrespective of whether or not he/she continued in the programs OR accepted an IIT seat by reporting at a reporting centre in the past. Candidates whose admission at IITs was cancelled after joining any IIT are also NOT eligible to appear in JEE (Advanced) 2021
  • A number of attempts: A candidate can attempt JEE (Advanced) AAT a maximum of two times in two consecutive years.

  • Geometrical drawing: Exercises in geometrical drawing containing lines, angles, triangles, quadrilaterals, polygons, circles, etc. Study of plan (top view), elevation (front or side views) of simple solid objects like prisms, cones, cylinders, cubes, splayed surface holders, etc.
  • Three-dimensional perception: Understanding and appreciation of three-dimensional forms with building elements, colour, volume and orientation. Visualization through structuring objects in memory.
  • Imagination and aesthetic sensitivity: Composition exercise with given elements. Context mapping. Creativity check through the innovative uncommon test with familiar objects. The sense of colour grouping or application.
  • Architectural awareness: General interest and awareness of famous architectural creations – both national and international, places and personalities (architects, designers, etc.) in the related domain.

How to fill VITEEE 2022 Application Form Online?

Step-1 (Registration):

  • Candidates will have to click on “Register” and enter the details such as Name, Date of Birth, Gender, Nationality, Email Id, Mobile Number, etc.

Step-2 (Fill the Form):

Candidates will receive a User Name and Password after registration. They will have to log in using the same to fill the VITEEE 2022 Application Form.

Step 3 (Registration Fee Payment):

  • Candidates will have to pay the required fees for applying for VITEEE 2022.
  • Indian Candidates can only pay online through Net Banking/Debit Card/ Credit card. Registration Fee for Candidates paying online will be Rs 1150/-.
  • NRI Candidates can pay through Demand Draft which will cost them $50. Also, Demand Draft should be drawn in favour of VIT University, Payable at Vellore.
  • However, aspirants who buy the VITEEE Application Form offline from the University or Designated Post Offices, they will have to pay Rs. 1250/- in cash.
  • OMR completed application form should be sent to the Director UG Admissions, VIT University, Vellore-632 014 by post.
  • Correction facility will be provided by University soon after the completion of the application form.

How to Fill Offline Application Form VITEEE 2022?

Candidates can get the offline application form from the VIT University campus or designated Post offices throughout the Country. Candidates can buy a Kit containing, The offline Application/ OMR form, prospectus, information brochure and an envelope from Post office.

  • Pay the Application Fee by DD (Demand Draft) in favour of the ‘VIT University’ payable at Vellore.
  • Candidates can also get the offline Application form by posting a DD in favour of VIT University payable at Vellore. The letter should be posted to ‘Director – UG Admission, VIT University, Vellore- 632014’.
  • Candidates will have to send the request for OMR along with the DD. VIT admissions office will send the offline application form only after receiving DD.
  • At the back of the DD, candidates must write their Names, Mobile no. and Postal Address.

Important Points to Fill OMR

  • As OMR is machine-readable, handle the OMR sheet carefully.
  • OMR sheet will not be scanned properly in case of any physical damage to the sheet and will also result in rejection of the application form.
  • Use only black point pen to fill the details, and only Capital letter should be used.
  • Use a pencil to shade a circle.
  • Do not write anything over the Barcode.
  • Affix the photograph properly in the space provided. The photograph must not be attested.
  • Take a copy of the filled Application form for future reference.
