Eligibility criteria for General

  • Domicile: The candidates must have Indian citizenship and Bihar state domicile.
  • Age Limit: There is no age limit to apply for this exam.
  • Medical: The selected candidates will undergo a medical examination.

Eligibility for qualification (Engineering Course)

  • Qualification: 12th exam passed or any course equivalent with a minimum of 45% marks (SC/ST candidates- 40% marks).

UPESEAT 2021 Registration Process

Step-1: Registration

  1. Candidates can start the UPESEAT 2021 Registration Process by visiting the official website of UPES University.
  2. Visit the official website and enter all the required details i.e, Email, Contact no. and click on ‘Submit’.
  3. After pressing the submit button, Candidates will get a ONE TIME PASSWORD (OTP) on their Mobile Number.

Once password verification is complete, Candidates can proceed by filling the Application Form.

Step 2: Fill the Form

  1. Candidates will then move to the Online Application Page, where they will have to register using an ID or can sign in with their Facebook profile.
  2. After Signing in, Candidates will move to the Application Form Page, where they will have to enter the following details.

For MBA Course

  • Minimum marks: Applicant has to secure at least 50% marks in the above examination.

For MCA Course

  • Qualifying Exam: Applicants must hold a Bachelor Degree in Mathematics at Degree level or Intermediate level.

VEE 2021 Counselling

The details regarding the VEE counselling is given below:

  • Once the results are announced, applicants will be invited for the counselling process.
  • The admission to various professional courses will be given specifically based on marks obtained in the examination.
  • Therefore, Candidates will be invited for the counselling procedure based on the merit list.
  • Also, Aspirants who are applying for the MBA course, have to appear in the Group Discussion and Personal Interview rounds.
  • Consequently, After completion of the counselling process, candidates have to report to the allotted centre with all the necessary documents.
  • Candidates should carry all their mark sheets and certificates.
  • Also, they should bring documents verifying their Reserved category.
  • Further, proof of date of birth and passport-sized photographs should also be carried to the counselling process.
  • Furthermore, it is advisable to carry photocopied sets of all the documents as those will be required during the admission process.

KCET 2021 Important Dates have been announced. KCET Exam Dates are Biology, Mathematics – 28 Aug 2021, Physics, Chemistry – 29 Aug 2021 and Kannada language test- 30 August 2021. KCET 2021 Guidelines

General instructions and Guidelines:

  1. Once downloaded the candidates should check the admit card details.
  2. Candidates should make sure there is no error or mistake on their admit cards.
  3. Also candidates a request to get at least two print out of the admit card.
  4. Yet, the prints of admit card can be in colour or black and white.
  5. Candidates need to check if they require attaching any photograph or signature of candidates or their parents. And if essential the candidates must do so or they may not get permission to enter the examination hall.
  6. Admit card contains the address of the examination centre.
  7. While the candidates must visit their exam Center a day prior to the exam date as this would avoid any situation of getting lost. And for getting late for the exam also they must reach the exam Center 30 minutes prior to the exam timings
  8. And, Candidates must carry the admit card to the examinations Center.  as without admit card, the candidates would not be allowed to attend the KCET 2021 under any circumstances.
  9. While in a case of the candidates are not able to download the admit card they can collect the admit card from the examination centre. And if such a situation arises the candidate must reach the exam nation Center 45 minutes prior to the exam timings.
  10. Finally, the admit card will be checked by the invigilator for the legitimacy of the applicant.

UPESEAT 2021 Notification for the registration is released and the last date to register is 12 June 2021. UPES Dehradun announced dates for Aptitude Test for B.Tech Courses on different dates. UPES School of Engineering (SOE) invites application form for the early B.Tech. Entrance Exam. The UPES aptitude test for admission will be conducted online, and aspirants can select there test location of their choices.   • University of Petroleum and Energy Studies conducts UPESEAT for admission in the B.Tech program.

  • However, the applicants are allowed to fill only one application for all the courses he/she has applied for.

    • Through Board Merit – More than 80% in 12th Board examination.

UPESEAT 2021 Application Fee

  • The application fee is Rs. 1850/-.

Important Notes
  • In case of Admission under a Reserved category, only one candidate from a family will be awarded.
  • Moreover, Physically Handicapped students have to submit the documents required to prove their disability.
  • The Counselling for UPESEAT 2021 will start tentatively in the month of July. Also, the University will update the profile of selected candidates as per the Merit List. And, all the selected students will have to register online for the counselling procedure.
  •  There will be a total of 200 questions in the UPESEAT Question Paper. The breakdown will be as follows.
    • Physics (50 Questions)
    • Chemistry (50 Questions)
    • Mathematics (50 Questions)
    • English Language (30 Questions)
    • General Awareness (20 Questions)
  • 80% seats are reserved for the UPESEAT 2021 test takers and the rest 20% is reserved for board merit or JEE Main 2021.
